Are you passionate about young people finding and growing their faith? Have you got ideas you want to try? Do you dream about what could be done?

We’re looking to appoint a senior pastor to consolidate and grow our youth and children’s ministry. If you’ve already got some experience of working with youth and children in a church context, we’d love to hear from you, especially if you:

• can build relationships with young people (and enjoy having fun!)
• have energy and ideas
• have a confident faith you can communicate
• are strategic enough to see bigger possibilities and want to try new things

This role involves overseeing our youth and children provision on a Sunday, schools work, Kids Cafe and missional events, and can be shaped around your passions and interests.

We are two churches (St Paul’s & St Faith’s) in one large parish, with a staff team and a supportive church family who want to see the youth and children’s work grow. We’re experiencing an exciting period of growth and you’d be part of this!

We’re offering 26-30K per annum (depending on experience), 37.5 hours a week preferably but part time will be considered, on a three-year contract. We’d support you to attend training and offer mentoring to help you develop and grow in your ministry.
